Sounds like this bug report:
You may want to add your me too there. Try playing as the infant and have them smile at the parent - I think some people have had luck with that.
Never mind, apparently that bug still shouldn’t completely erase the family relationship. How did you create the baby?
If you open cheats and turn on testing cheats (testingcheats true) then type CAS.fulleditmode and then go back into CAS, what relationships are set for Arabella?
