i can’t play my game

I can’t go to game options while in live mode, I can’t save or quit. I can’t press any tabs in the bottom right, all my buttons look odd and are bright green crosses or gender signs for some reason. I uninstalled all my mods and cc, repaired my game, then uninstalled and reinstalled my game, still the same problem. This is my first time playing after getting infants and growing together. Really disappointed and idk what to do to fix it as the game is literally unplayable.
