adeax_alec Head to the pinned Broken and Updated Mods and CC post and check both the Broken list and the Updated list. At least one mod in "Broken" is listed as causing this. There could be other mods that cause it on the lists or that haven't been cleared by their creators as patch-compatible, but everything I know is on the list. You can select "follow" in the top right to get notifications of changes to the lists, and exactly what those changes are.
