I cannot figure this out!!

There's lots there about inventory, but nothing that points to a mod being your issue. Please test mod free:

1. Drag your Mods folder to the desktop, then rename it to keep search results clear.
2. Delete the file called localthumbcache
3. Test (exit without saving to avoid losing mod info in-game, or so a "save as" )
