I cannot interact with sages in the magic realm.

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? The latest version after Realm of Magic
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Realm of magic, strangerville, island living, get famous, seasons, cats and dogs, my first pet stuff, laundry day stuff, city living, parenthood, get together, get to work, vampires, toddler stuff, backyard stuff, movie hangout stuff, outdoor retreat, cool kitchen stuff, perfect patio stuff, and holiday celebration pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It may only be me that this is happening to but when i go to click to interact with the sages in the Magical Realm, the interaction wheel isn't there.
What happens when the bug occurs? The wheel doesn't show up, the only options are call over, and my two mod options for the game.
What do you expect to see? My sim can interact with her sister and things within the house but when she tries to interact with the sages or anyone in the magic realm it wont work.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. after the most recent patch after Realm of magic came out.

Yes i have mods but they have never been an issue before. My mods are updated and my cc hasn't changed. My sim will interact with her sister, her pets, and objects. As soon as she enters the Realm she can still interact with her sister but none of the NPC's in the realm. |UPDATE| i just realized that even the interactions with the sister are limited. There aren't as many options as before and its only "give gift" "Share secret" "hug lovingly" "Hug" and "Take picture together".

    Hi @TheHayyz 

    Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

    You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

    After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

    Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.

    • Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
    • Tray Folder
    • Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
    • Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)
    • Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
    • Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

    The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

    Thought I'd throw my two cents in on this:

    I was having this same issue for the past two days. I tried repairing the game, starting a new save (in case there was something wrong with my sim family), but I finally had to do a scrub of my mods. I didn't originally plan to do that because I've never had an issue with my mods breaking or glitching my game in the over 900+ hours I've played sims. But there is a first time for everything and it turned out that my Explore Mod by KawaiiStaci was out of date and was causing the issue.

    My game works perfectly fine now that I updated that mod. So I would suggest double checking any mods - even if there's never been a problem before.

    I am having a similar issue to this. I just installed the ROM pack and now my pre made sim can’t interact with certain sims. I thought it was just sages but it’s also regular sims. The only option I have is Call Over on these affected sims. I tested it with a new sim and that works fine, it’s just my old sim.
