I cannot play any households :(

When I load the game it goes to the map where my sim lives but when I click on them and then the play button it loads for a second then puts me into the world selection screen. I have tried with different households, different world, new households, old households, I reset the game multiply times. The games unplayable and I want to play the new event but I literally can't play live. Only cas works.
