I can't build on any plot?

Question

I have mods and everything, but I've repaired the game over and over, and I still can't build. I'm unsure what to do, and the error code starts with 122. I'm not sure if a mod is causing this, but I have mod organizers to help with this very problem of mods that don't work.

To find out if your issue is mod-related, do these steps. I'm suggesting a deeper test because your issue is in build mode.

Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document &gt; Electronic Arts to your desktop and rename it.
Run a Game Repair in the EA App. (If you use Steam, the equivalent is Verify Integrity.)
Launch Sims 4. You should get no list of mods on launch, and you should have no option to load a previous save. Reset your Options.
Start with New to test if your issue recurs in a new game.
