I’m having the same issue; I was told to remove Cc; I have not removed all cc just some script mods to see if this helps; so far tho nothing :(
And I’m on PC
Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.
It was Searchable Pose Player for me. I took it out and now it works
