I Can't Play Sims 4

Question

Hello, i have uninstalled, repaired and even default game restored my Sims 4 game. I still cant play the game. It comes with an error code. I also have an issue with the Wedding Pack add on. I have reported this before. The add on does not work at all.

The error code that comes up on my Sim4 4 is: 102:457b7b46:68406f1d

Along with a message to say, "The game failed to load. Error Code: 102:457b7b46:68406f1d. It is recommended that you relaunch the game."

Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
Please also provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.

This error code is usually related to outdated mods
