I can't remember to forget you: Relationship culling error

I keep receiving error reports and was having trouble figuring out why. I use MCCC and BE and I got error reports from both and it's been going on for a while now. I used a sims discord support bot and it said that the error was due to my Parenthood pack:

This is a game error introduced with the 1.96 (Growing Together) game patch related to culling Sims.

This appears to be a game error that occasionally occurs during the game's routine culling of Sims' relationships, generally at night (in game). Sometimes the game encounters a Sim ID no longer tied to an existing Sim when performing the cull, preventing the culling from fully being able to be processed, thus creating the error.
