I can't tell what my last exception means.

hi can i also have some help? i removed all cache files but the minute i tried to play my game (not even clicking on a family and playing, just got on the starting page then had to get off) i got this last exception in my files?? any help is appreciated because i really have no idea what to do since i didn't even actually play with a family!
