i dont have mods folder, can someone advice what to do?

Where are you looking?
Do you mean that the mods folder is missing from your sims 4 folder? because if so, all you have to do is either launch the game and it'll generate a new one, or you can create a new folder in the sims 4 folder called "Mods"
