@Szhamuel Hello! Please double check that you have the online features checked in your game options.
From the main menu, click the three dot options button.
Or in-game, click the three dot options button and click "Game Options".
Then click the "other" menu and click the box for "online features". Then click "apply changes".
After that, please let us know if you are still unable to access the gallery.
I have already tried it. I don't even have the online option there...it's not there.
It looks like this for me
@Szhamuel Thanks for sharing that screengrab. Are you playing the 32-bit legacy edition? I think the only reason that option won't show up is if the game is on a child account or on the legacy edition.
Does your Mac support Metal? Please can you provide more information about your Mac. Instructions on how to do so and what to provide here - http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-Mac/READ-FIRST-Sims-4-Mac-Help-Guides-and-Troubleshooting/m-p/4612396/highlight/true#M162
@JonaO703 32-bit is irrelevant for Mac users as the game has only ever been 64-bit for Mac.
@Szhamuel My apologies. I didn't pay enough attention to your screengrab and didn't notice you're using a Mac. I'll bow out now, since Flora is a Mac Guru and will be able to help you.
