Icons and panels are all messed up (needs ecc..)

HELP! all the icons are crashing for me and t's impossible to play like that (need pannel ad in general all icons are messed up for ex. the calendar has the abilities and viceversa) This happened af...

I just updated my game today as well as playing with the graphic, then I realized my task bar is glitched. Ie tried reverting my graphic settings but that's not fixing it. Someone please help me.
