im not able to play sims 4

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
i’ve already tried removing my mods and trying to play as a townie and it worked so after that i put like half of my mods and cc and tried playing with the half and it still worked but then when i try putting the other half it didn’t work and i have so many script mods that i don’t know which one is causing the problem
@shanyrodriguez You've already demonstrated that the issue is one or more of your mods or custom content items. So you'll need to test the files. The half you tested first, when the game worked, are fine; split the other half and test again, then keep splitting and testing until you find the problem.
my origin just signed me out and now i’m stuck on the loading screen after trying to sign in
