SimSeeker The only way to know it isn't mods is to rename the Mods folder, delete localthumbcache, and try again. Mods can have effects that have no apparent relation to their purpose.
i am having the same problem after adding an imaginary friend to an household. even after deleting the doll the error persists. i tried with no mods and it is not mod related.
simsaribear Please test in a new save with an empty Mods folder before reporting to Bug Reports.
