Infant not sent to daycare?
My sims had a research baby (twins) and upon going to work both babies were left in the house. The house has horses and a ranch hand that take cares of them. The handler didn't care for the infants...

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
I have this issue too but don't have a mods folder. I'm not using mods. There was an update installed this morning though. Before I launched the game.
parents leave for work. I select send to daycare and they are left at home, hungry dirty and tired.
I saved to main menu and reopened the game and the baby was sent. Thank you.
