Thank you, Luthienrising. I have already performed a clean-folder test with 50+ known updated items (including CAS assets from active creators) and the catalog remains at 'No Results Found' despite the 3D models loading correctly on my Sims in the preview.
My DxDiag shows no installation corruption, and I have already cleared all caches and repaired the game via the EA App. Given that the .218 hotfix was intended to address this specifically, I am concerned this is a lingering UI Indexing timeout for large libraries rather than a file-path issue. I would prefer to avoid a full reinstall unless there is evidence of a specific checksum error, as my isolation tests suggest the engine is simply failing to 'handshake' with the CC catalog.
JenjenlnFoley I need a clean-folder test with newly downloaded CC, plus two kinds of transfers: files-only into a newly manually created subfolder + transferred subfolder. I'm trying to narrow down which circumstances are being issues. Sorry - I did reply also in the other thread you're in. Please stick to this one.
