Hi Luthienrising, I wanted to give you an update on that manual test. I started a 100% fresh Sims 4 folder and created a brand-new subfolder in Mods called "March 2026 test." I copied over a random mix of about 25 files from my backup, including the specific pants I've been tracking for Drake.The game did detect the mods at the startup screen, but once I got into CAS, only one single pair of pants actually showed up in the catalog. It isn't even the pair I was testing for—it's just one random file out of the 25. The rest just don't appear at all. Drake and Willow are still wearing their custom clothes in the game, so the game "knows" they exist, but the catalog itself just isn't listing them.I’ve taken nine screenshots to show you the folder setup and what’s happening in the game. It really seems like the catalog is failing to index these files, even in a completely clean environment. Hopefully, this helps!
