I am literally STRUGGLING! Okay so, I updated Sims4 today on my mac, when I went back on it was so weird, my sims take so long to do a task, I put one of them to have a shower and it just stood there and didn't, their hygeine is all so low because they won't shower or eat or even speak to one another, they don't even MOVE. I thought maybe some of my mods are out of date, so I went to look for my mods folder, but it was not there. I tried deleting the sims4 folder but after research realised that was the wrong thing to do so got it out of the bin and put it back into EA folder. I saw that if you reload the game the mods folder should come back up but it hasn't. I have shut down, restarted my mac and repaired the game but nothing works. I don't physically understand how when I load sims4 it tells me about the 15 mods odd I have enabled, yet there is no mods folder anywhere on my mac?! Like where is it?! Please help me, I just wanna play :'(

I'm not an expert when it comes to fixing The Sims 4 - my game is very dodgy - but have you tried repairing the game? Then it might recognise there is not Mods folder and repair it. Hope this helps!
