All user data such as Mods, saves etc. is stored in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, not in the Applications folder. Remove the mods from the correct Mods folder.

Ok. What is the relevance of the screenshot you attached showing CC/Mods in a Mods folder in a Sims 4 folder in an Electronic Arts folder in the Macintosh HD Applications folder?- @Bluebellflora I was just showing you that none of the mods that I use are in my game right now (just cc) and I shared the next one to show that when I open game options it still says it’s there for some reason.
Also I’m not sure why the last three things are in the mods folder or where they should actually be if I need them… They weren’t always there.- @MaddieB1997
Your Mods folder should be in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. Forget the Applications folder.
