Interaction menues not popping up

Hello! I need a suggestion to eliminate the following problem.

After switching from build mode to live mode, this error occurs that you can't see the needs, you can't interact with the other sims, and you can't instruct your sim to do anything... Moreover, when I want to make my sim travel to another place, this error also occurs.

Has anyone else had this error since the last update or am I that unlucky?
