Interactions missing from pie menu

Don't say its a mod / cc issue when I've completely removed all of my mods, custom content, and the tray files. With just the base game and the packs, it still is happening.

So I have this issue with my sims since the 4/27 patch and I find that when I click on my sims, the only things I can choose from are 9 options. There is no 'more choices' option, I can only choose from those nine. My mods were working just fine too but now I can't even see the choices for my mods on the menu, like WonderfulWhims or even MCCC. I can't choose anything. I moved all of my mods and cc out of my games folder to see if it could be one of them, but I still can't get to any other menu options but these.
