I've been searching for a mod that makes the infant crib invisible so you can freely place them anywhere.
I know there are ones for babies with the bassinets, and I have that mod already, but I'm specifically looking for working invisible cribs for infants. If anyone has any leads I'd be really grateful!
Something like this? First Google search to pop up: Martine's Invisible Crib - Updated for the Infants Patch https://www.patreon.com/posts/martines-crib-80759792

I worked real hard and it took me three days to finally make the infant crib invisible, but I was super disappointed to find out that it did not work like the newborn cribs. You see the newborns are objects in their cribs so they move with the crib when you move it, however our infants are their own little sims, so as soon as you move either a bed over the invisible crib, or try to move them with the invisible crib then they just reset and lie on the floor on their little tummy time mats. It is so frustrating, but I did try. So sorry I could not help :(
also to add, while testing there is not much you can use for the infants as well, you can only use their cribs or the toddler beds for height comparison, the normal beds are too high so you can't pretend to have them on the bed with the parents that way.
I just tried to put the crib over an existing toddler bed from the start and the option to put the infant to bed was there since the crib is higher to click on because of the rails. The sim just gave a routing issue as excuse, so I guess if a person could have a toddler bed without a footprint then it should be possible if you set it all up first to work. I will try and test that, just need a wee break now ;)
Okies so testing done. I removed the footprint from a toddler bed we have in game. I placed the invisible crib over it and told mum to put the infant to bed

it worked, but the infant was not at the pillow end, more down to the center. So I know I can't move the crib since the infant is not an object like the newborns, so I tried moving the actual toddler bed since it has no footprint and it worked.

Now the question remains, this does not actually work unless you use a object without a footprint to place the invisible crib over, so would you want me to upload it for you @Bluelle and @Babykittyjade ?
Oh wow! That was so kind of you! Thank you so much. And it was interesting to learn a bit more about how it works too. Definitely not an easy process but your efforts are very appreciated! I would still love to have the upload ? all of your efforts will not go to waste!

It was a pleasure, just such a pity it does not work exactly like the newborn cribs. I will just recheck the package and change the price and description then upload it to my media fire and sent you a link. I will put it on curseforge if others want it too, but I will leave a warning that it works differently. If you ever need to remove a footprint you can have a peek here ;) https://sims4studio.com/thread/4629/remove-objects-footprint :)
I uploaded it to curse forge where my other uploads are. I did try my best to explain very clearly how it works and even did step by step instructions in the images part. I do hope my english did not let me down, since it is not my first language. I will post the link here as soon as it gets accepted. For now I do have it on my media fire if anyone would like a link just ask and I will pm it to you ;)
