Like I said above your reply, Lil miss sam has that mod. And I have it in my game that works like a charm.

I use LittleMsSam’s lot trait mod to stop celebrities entering my nightclubs. It’s one of the best mods I have in my game.

I use Road to Fame and there is an option to at least keep others from reacting to your Sim. This is done in-game, so you could at least apply it temporarily.
