Is there anyone anywhere who can assist with LE?

I play with mods so I now I get them from mods. I update script files but I have too many package files to update all of them. But if I knew what's causing trouble I'd go look for an update or if need be remove the file completely. I know I have some Participant Resolver error thing but I have no clue what file it's attached to. It mentions the adult mod, meaningful stories and hates children trait from what I understand but still... no clue which file specifically.
  • Hello
You may be best to post your LE in the LE support section of MCCC mod Discord server

thanks but I don't want to have anything to do with the mod or the creator or anyone to do with the mod. I categorically dislike that mod. And I do not use it so there's no point in going there.
  • You could try posting on the website of the other adult mod that you use.
  • Try moving your whole mods folder to the desktop. Delete the cache files
    https://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/delete-cache-files/
Then start the game and test to see if that helps the issues. If it does help, then put your mods/CC back into the newly generated mods folder in the sims 4 folder one by one or in batches and testing the game after each one to see which is the cause of the problem. Put one item or batch in , test the game , take it out. Then test another one, to find the cause of the issue.

If you have a lot of mods/cc, you could use the 50/50 method. Put half of your mods/cc into the mods folder then start the game and see if the issue is still there. If the issue is not there, then you know that those items work okay with the game. Then you can test the other half of your cc/mods.
If the issue is still there with the first half, you will need to keep testing them to see what is causing the problem. Then you will need to test the second half of your cc/mods too
  • @rosemow I was trying to avoid that :D Guess I have no other choice.
  • You can try uploading your last exception here: http://lastexception.com/
and maybe the site will tell you what the error is. Whenever I use it, it always says unknown error so its not much help, but maybe it will work for you.
  • @Simprincess I googled for those websotes but they do not tell you much.
The only things, as I said, I could read out from there was meaningful stories mod, the adult mod and something about hates children but it turns out it was a few cc traits. Took me 5 long hours of testing.
