is this a bug?

for the last month or so, my toddlers faces have been melted. i cannot figure out what's causing this, i don't have an eyelash remover, i deleted all of my presets, etc. i still cannot figure out what it is that's causing this to happen, there are no existing lists currently for mods that could cause this issue, so i'm just wondering. is this happening to anyone else? is this a bug, or do i have a mod that's causing this issue to happen?
