Issue after buying EP

Question

For some random reason, my TS4 is acting up. I can open it, create a sim, then load into world, but when I load into the world, it looks rather strange, I can not see my sims icons, cannot interact with anything, and my sims do not show up, its just a lot with no people. I have tried repairing the app, restarting my computer and I don't know what else to do.

@pickles61210 Are you using custom content or mods in your game ? If so, have you tried removing those ?

Try removing everything and see if it then works.

If you saved your game this way, you might need to load a backup.
