If you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issues remain without mods/cc there.
If the issue with the white screen still occurs, and you have residential rentals in your game, this thread may refer to the issue

If you don’t have residential rentals in your game, try resetting your sims 4 folder and test in a new save game and see if the issues remain.

It worked removing all my mods/CC from the game, but how do I figure out what mod or CC that creates the error? I can't play without them 😂
I don't have that T.O.O.L mod installed so I know it's not that one that does it :(
