Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Anti-Virus blocking User Folder (Screenshots/Gallery/Mods..)

Hello! My game updated July 1st and I took out all of my mods after it updated because I'm new to moding and I didn't know it was update day. When I took it out I waited a day to get updates. The next day I went into the game and enabled my mods again. I then got a update for the McComand Center mod and put it in the folder for mods (That is the only mod I have in that said folder). When I get in it says my mods are disabled and they could b out of date. But I know it wasn't out of date because the mod is up to date for the new version. I tried reenabling and a lot. I used different updated mods and everything and it still won't let me use any of the mods. I even deleted the full game and re downloaded it and it did not help the problem. I ended up deleting my whole mods folder (Which I had on my desk top) Because I thought that could be a issue but no. The game still won't allow me to use any mods I get the same pop up telling me about the update and my mods being uninstalled.  I've been having this issue for 3 days now and nothing has helped. Please help me find out what is wrong, I tried watching videos and they all have the same steps, I follow said steps, and nothing works. Just an out dated cc notification. (Again I'm using freshly updated cc! I read the dates and versions!
