The old tread getting locked for "Necro" makes me think you decided to just ignore the bug and aren't going to help.
Otherwise you would have fixed it since summer 2020.
I'll have a refund then, thank you. Just remove the pack and give me the charge back I suppose.

Did you try the solution in the thread you commented on?
What happens in a vanilla game? Does it continue? Or has it stopped?
If it's stopped then there is an issue with your cc/mods.
If you don't use CC/Mods, have you tried repairing the game?
