Last Played Household Infinity Load

Usually, I don't update my game because of the risk that it may cause. This time I updated because I had just bought the Lovestruck expansion pack and wanted to be able to play with it. I did the update then made sure before I even tried to open the game again that all of my mods were update or were compatible.

Since then I've had "bigger" issues with my game that I was able to fix due to this forum and others having similar issues but now my favorite and current household won't load.

I've tried different things to try to troubleshoot or at least narrow down what the problem was. So far I've tried:

• Manually turning off and on mods / repairing the game - i could now build on that household's lot again and was able to save their household (it wouldn't let me before).
• Moving the household to a base game or empty lot - no improvement
• Splitting up the members individually or small groups to a working household - narrowed down that it might be the infant? Everyone else had no issue besides the game being really slow to get started.
• Moved the infant to another household - No improvement. Still couldn't load them on the previous or new lot.
• Moved all the kids and even the dog and just loaded the adults - Same. No improvement with just the parent sims.
• Removed mods and moved the household from previous lot - most improved as the lot loaded properly but did not help narrow down the issue. I already know it's a mod issue.
• Removed build cc - No improvement. Can still only go into build mode.
• Turned off & removed script mods - I thought it may be food related or gameplay mods but no improvement.
• Repairing the game again & replacing the cache and resource files each time - No improvement.
• A new base game save, starting them from square one - NADA. Still infinite plumbob.

1. All I could come up with after doing all this is that maybe it's the kids or more specifically the infant. But at the same time removing the kids and dog doesn't help. 
2. Maybe it's CAS but I got rid of the possible issue that I read it could be, eyelash remover and eyelash mods. The kids are mostly Maxis besides one that has cc hair (I've already tried changing it to a maxis hair).
   1. I don't have pet CAS besides custom eyes.
   2. I don't have any of them with custom traits because I already removed the few I had.
