Laundry Day/Get To Work: Can't list Green Clean Washing Machine as "for Sale"

As the title describes, I can list the Fyre Dryer but not the Green Clean Washing Machine 'for Sale' in my retail store. What gives? Seems like a bummer to go to the general store fixing to buy appliances, only to find out you can only buy half of the mating pair. Sad. I guess for gameplay sake you could wash them in a washtub and use the dryer but that doesn't seem to add up to me.
