@DarkSimzzz Split your post as it sounds difference.
Could you please remove all your mods, delete the localthumbcache file & and any lastexceptions, lastuiexceptions or lastcrash files you currently have, repair your game and then trigger the error to see if you get any game lastexceptions.
Please upload that if you do (either as rar file or copy/paste the entire content).

I tested as asked, even without Better exceptions installed. My sims get 0 phone calls. I'll try now with only that mod in
