Library doesn't carry over?

Question

I installed the Sims 4 on my macbook as I finally have one that can play it. Usually I play on my pc but I wanted to switch over.

However, anything saved to my library on the pc doesn't show on the macbook. Does that mean if I uninstall the game on my pc I lose everything I've ever saved?

@33Rapture  You need to transfer your tray files over to the mac. Same as your saves and other stuff you want to keep.Only gallery stuff is stored online.
