Lot not loading after creating new/merged family

I have all current packs.Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure it can be replicated. I don't know how or why it happened.What happens when the bug occurs? I open my game, download my family from the gallery and try to move them into a lot. The loading screen appears, music sounds as though the game is about to load into the lot, only it never does. Instead it's just the loading screen over and over. The lot/game never loads. This has been happening for two days and I'm not sure why - my game was fine when I played on Monday and then on Tuesday and Wednesday it no longer works. I've tried everything - deleted all my saves after uploading my families to the gallery, I uninstalled the Sims and reinstalled every single pack, I did game repair, I did EA recovery, I've tried merging my gallery family into a new household as a loophole - nothing works. I even removed all my mods. Please help me. I don't know what to do. I don't even know how to log a support ticket because this site is so useless to navigate! I just want to play my legacy saves again!What do you expect to see? My game loading into the lot, ready for play like it was on Monday.Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure&nbsp;‌I can access CAS, I can download my families from the gallery, only they never make it to the lot because the lot never loads.&nbsp;I've tried everything to fix it and I'm out of ideas. I'm devastated because my game is totally unplayable.&nbsp;

I don't see this on the list of things you tried so:

Close the game
Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to&nbsp;Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry
Close the game again.
Copy&nbsp;your legacy save from&nbsp;Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to&nbsp;Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old\saves to the newly created&nbsp;Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to&nbsp;Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves (overwrite the existing file if necessary)
Check if you still have the error
Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.

Does it work on a new save game ?

Hey Crin. Thanks for that.&nbsp;As mentioned in my post, all my saves were deleted. All I have left are the families I saved to the gallery, but when I try to load said families in game I just get stuck on the loading screen when trying to move them into a lot.This happens despite uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app, uninstalling and reinstalling sims and deleting all my saves.As of right now I’m left with no saves, no mods and my corrupted legacy families. It’s like the family themselves are corrupted. I’ve even tried adding additional or new sims to the family to change it up - no luck. I don’t know what to do.&nbsp;

@MsLuxito Sorry, assumed you have a backup as you said you want to play your legacy game again.Try the solution above anyways (the renaming) but instead of copying over stuff, just start a new save.

Does that work ? Do you only get stuck once you try to load your Sims from the gallery ?
