Lovestruck DLC doesn't show up in game.

I pre-ordered the Lovestruck expansion pack the other day, and downloaded it as soon as it was available, around 1:01 PM EST. Please inform me why my game appears to be downloaded through the EA app,...

    @kathexes 

    OK it is not greyed out but the image for it doesn't show.

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

When I view the expansions tab I see this. The Lovestruck expansion is grayed out. I have it "installed" according to EA app though

@kathexes additionally, after clicking on the grayed out expansion pack it tells me that I already own it, and that it is in fact the Lovestruck dlc
