[mac] cannot open clothing menu in cas

hey everyone. i'm having some trouble and i know it's likely because of mods/cc. my sims show up with red/white question marks all over them but when i try to enter cas, i cannot even click the sim to change the clothes because the clothing menu doesn't show up. also, there's llama icons replacing a few icons in cas and in the world select menu. could this also be like a storage issue?
