Mail/Bills Delivered not showing in mailbox.

Question

I got the notification that mail/bills were delivered.&nbsp; Went to mailbox to pay bills and the option is greyed out.&nbsp; Now the electricity has been turned off and still no option to pay them.&nbsp; I can get the mail but the option for paying bills is greyed out and not selectable.&nbsp; Anyone else with this issue?

@38a7ef4bf0dfb159&nbsp;Sometimes the mailman throws them on the ground try looking there. Note that you can also pay bills from the computer or phone.
