Main Menu Portrait is Gone & Game Won't Load!!

@colormerosie2 Try this please:

  1. Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop (you'll get all your saves/mods/tray files etc. back into the new folders later)
  2. Run a Game Repair
  3. Launch Sims 4 and see if a clean start is working at that point.

If it's not, are you on a Mac or a PC?

    Thank you! This worked. I found out that my game was doing this because of something weird that happened in the save file that the glitch happened in. I just had to bite the bullet and delete that save file. I guess this is a good excuse to start fresh on my game!
