Maintenance Needed (From Needing Brainwashing Maintenance).

**Edit** Every time I try to add the neutral pathway trait, it doesn't stick so I guess I can't go that route anymore. It worked before..

I keep randomly getting this moodlet on Sims and even after removing it, it keeps coming back. It was just showing up on my male Sim and now it's her too. I can add the 'reinforced neural pathway' trait but don't want to have an extra moodlet constantly showing up. I couldn't find anything on Google. Does anyone know what I need to do to completely remove it?
