makeup sliders not working in game

So this keeps happening; where if I change the shade or anything about some makeup on a sim, when I actually start playing the shade reverts to it's original color. It's a really small issue, but still really annoying. Especially since my favorite part of the sims is cas, and it's annoying to see the shade i altered to match an outfit is a completely different color. I don't think there's anything on my end to fix this, but I just wanted to share incase someone working on the game can fix this.
