may update issues

so, since the may update I cannot for the life of me figure out what's breaking my game. when I try to build the search bar thing that you pick colors and build styles ( I don't know what else to call it.) has something preselected and I cant close it out, I cant build anything because  it wont show me anything, there's nothing I can do. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue and figured out the issue, I spent 5 hours cleaning out broken mods and updating mods and still nothing. 

other than this issue the game works fine, cas, gameplay, etc but building is no longer an option for me.
