EDIT: yep when she becomes flirty it works! Could it be that my settings file is corrupt? I set it for all moods allowed, yet it does not work for all moods. Maybe I do have to delete it and create a new one.
If you check on DP's MC Tumblr, it does say that you can adjust this so it shows up at times other than just when flirty (the last bullet point). If you've recently reset everything and have a new config file, you may have lost all your custom settings. The adjustment should be in the module that shall not be named...
