MC Command Center Local Help/Chat Thread

Hi! This may have already been said, but I just downloaded this mod (it's my first script mod, but I've had CC) :) I extracted it, put it into my mods folder, and enabled script mods.
EDIT #3: Alright forget every other edit that no one saw, my one question is what they mean by bypass. I know what it means, but what does the CREATOR mean? Thanks! :smiley:
EDIT #4: Also what's cleaning? :D As in, sim cleaner, socks cleaner, wha?
