It sounds like maybe you don't have the latest version of 3.3.1 installed - there were two versions with the same name - a bugged one, and a working one, which is the one available on https://deaderpoolmc.tumblr.com/ now. When you get internet access again, first thing to do is to redownload and install 3.3.1 - hopefully that'll sort it.
