MCCC Dresser question

Hi, I recently created a sim in addition to an existing family and her bathing outfit is a mess of accessories. I noticed she had piercings that aren't CC at all and is not removable via MCCC Dresser.

The "Clean Outfit" command does NOT clean accessories in the head area. The aforementioned piercings persists. Other accessories like necklaces and around the torso, gone. EXCEPT THE PIERCINGS.

Help???????
