Question

Hi! I really need help :,)

So when I launch my sims 4 and resume my gameplay I get 2 errors.&nbsp;

The first one says:
“One or more Create a Sim items have been removed. Theitems may not be installed on your computer or the EAAccount that is currently logged in does not own theseitems."

And the other error says:
“Last Exeption Caught By MCCC

A script error has been logged to the mc lastexception html file located in the same folder as the MCCC mod files. This error almost always happens as a result of a bad or out-of-date mods or CC. It will continue to happen until the mods or cc are removed or updated. For support, the mc lastexception html file can be uploaded to our Discord server. Thanks!”

As well as all my sims are invisible in-game and in CAS. I can’t even change their hair or clothes or anything, it doesn’t work, it just dosen’t respond.&nbsp;

I tried putting the “mc lastexception html” file in “The Sims 4 lastException Assistant”, but it didn’t work. But when I double click on the “mc lastexception html” file, I get redirected to a browser named “MC Command Center Last Exception Report” and it has a lot of on the browser that I just don’t understand. I tried copy and pasting some of the content from the “MC Command Center Last Exception Report” browser, but nothing worked. And that also seems to be the only “Lastexception” file I have. I don’t have any “Lastexception txt” files (as of what I can see and find, on my MacBook finder..)

I’m just really exhausted from the constant errors that seems to happen from this game, whenever I decide to play. It was honestly a big reason as to why I stopped playing this game entirely, even thought I had really fun; a bummer really :/

@GiorgioFrankens For your first issue, you've either deleted CC or you have a pack that isn't loading properly. For the second possibility of these, there's a pinned topic in https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-PC/bd-p/The-Sims-4. Generally what you need to do is exit without saving then go to Origin and look for packs that need to be redownloaded. If you saved, you can load an earlier version of the save that hasn't lost hair. If you need more support with a pack not loading, head to that forum.

For *this* forum, you can upload that html file here or click its link to get support from the creator of MCCC.

But if you have invisible Sims, there's a high chance that you have out-of-date mods/CC. To test for that, you can do this:

Exit Sims 4 then drag your Mods folder to your desktop.
Then delete the file called localthumbcache from Documents &gt; Electronic Arts &gt; The Sims 4.
If you think you might accidentally forget to exit without saving after testing, copy your Saves folder to your desktop too, to back it up.
Now open Sims 4 and see if you still have the problem.
Exit without saving or do a "Save As" and name it "test save"

NOTE: This will only help detect mod/CC problems. It won't help with an issue of a pack not loading.

Thanks, i tried it and it somewhat fixed the MCCC issue, but one of my sims turned black and bald.

Also when trying to delete the localthumbcache.package, it wouldn't let me delete it. I was able to drag it to the bit, but it kept laying In my Finder untouched.
