This probably won't be what you want to hear, but it's honestly best to just go through the entire documentation and look through the settings yourself in order to have the best experience with the mod. The most outstanding thing about the mod is the amount of control it gives the player through its settings. Nobody's going to be able to tell you what settings will work best for you as that's something only you would be able to figure out.

If you have something specific in mind that you wish to accomplish but are unsure how to go about it, then that's a different story and you should feel free to ask for help with that. :)
