Mermaid vampire hybrid - fishtail does not disappear without water
Hello, I seem to be having a problem with my sims and I would like to get it resolved. My sims is a mermaid vampire hybrid and when she swims she shows her fishtail, which is a mermaid feature, but after I let her out of the pool, her fishtail does not disappear. Even she moved in a swimming state with a fish tail, that is, swimming around on the floor.
I re-read the file three times to check if this was a coincidental problem, and the result was the same, my sims was still swimming on the floor.
Now I have to keep her out of the water to ensure my normal swimming. I sincerely hope my problem will be solved, thanks!
This is a known issue with hybrids, which makes me sad because I think they're a cool idea.
Workarounds:
1. I hear that sometimes having a vamp/mer hybrid show their dark form will make their legs reappear.
2. If you can use mods, Iced Cream has a Hybrid Stabilizer on modthesims that works beautifully, IMHO
And the officially supported solution:
Through gameplay or cheats, remove one of the occult types from your Sim. For example, have your vamp/mer eat two mermadic kelps to remove mermaid, or drink the ultimate vampire cure to remove vampire.
